Project Management Intern - #51104

A Swiss financial services group is centralizing its various internal operations and data silos, and Pixel Systems is building the tools to help them do it. We are looking for a Project Management Intern to help us stay organized as we build the database integrations and admin panels necessary for this project. You will work alongside our developers as we replace fragmented legacy systems with clean, manageable software. This is a full-time, fully remote position where you will gain direct experience in how technical projects are actually delivered to clients.

The Role
In this role, you will be the coordinator for our engagement with the Swiss financial services group. You will help our developers stay focused by managing the project board and ensuring that client feedback is clearly documented and understood. This is not a role where you just watch from the sidelines. You will be responsible for helping maintain the project timeline and ensuring that every task is accounted for.
Your day-to-day will involve attending our internal syncs and client demos. You will take the technical updates from our engineers and help turn them into clear progress reports. You will also help with quality assurance by testing the tools we build against the client requirements to ensure everything functions as intended. Since the team is fully remote, much of your work will happen in written form, requiring you to be precise and organized in your communication.
