As a Sales Manager y ou will l ead, coach, and inspire your team to achieve and exceed monthly acquisition and retention targets. All whilst challenging , plan ning and inspi ring the sales team to successfully hit individual and club monthly new member sales targets . You will b e highly visible on the floor, engaging with prospects and members to ensure a world-class customer journey while m onitoring KPIs, analysing performance data, and making proactive decisions to drive sustainable growth.

Please be aware this role includes working evenings, weekends and public holidays as required .

About you :

As a Sales Manager we are looking for someone who :

• Proven experience (minimum 1 year) leading a sales team, ideally in the fitness, hospitality, luxury retail, or premium service sector.

• Strong leadership skills with experience developing high-performing teams.

• A passion for all things health and fitness .
• Confidence using digital tools such as CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and spreadsheets.

• A self-starter who takes pride in delivering a quality sales experience
• Fluency in English and French is required; any other European language is considered an advantage
