Audiovisual Technician (M/F) - #50662

• Configure, operate and maintain audiovisual systems (audio, video, interpretation, AVoIP, streaming, videoconferencing)
• Coordinate technical aspects with clients, interpreters, secretariats, and internal services
• Set up and optimize videoconferencing systems (Zoom, Teams, Webex) and webcast solutions
• Operate complex conference rooms and multilingual events independently
• Deliver full event sound management: audio level adjustment, microphone handling, feedback prevention
• Perform live mixing for conferences and events and manage recordings
• Configure and operate professional digital audio consoles
• Provide real-time technical support and troubleshooting
• Train and support operators and end-users
• Participate in the technical coordination of events (audio, video, lighting)
• Occasionally work evenings and weekends depending on event needs

• Technical degree in audiovisual, electronics, or applied IT
• Minimum 5 years of experience in AV environments (conferences, events, AV installations)
• Strong skills in AV operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Good knowledge of videoconferencing systems and professional AV environments
• Familiarity with technologies such as Dante, Q-Sys, AMX / Crestron / Extron (certifications are a plus)
• Experience with digital consoles (e.g. Yamaha CL5, DM7, etc.)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Service-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure
• Clean criminal record and valid administrative documentation
