For one of our clients, an international company based in Western Switzerland, we are looking for an EMEA Program Manager - Industrial & Supply Chain (M/F).

We are looking for an experienced EMEA Program Manager to lead and deliver complex industrial and supply chain transformation initiatives across Europe.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of strategic, ensuring alignment across functions, stakeholders, and geographies, while driving operational excellence and business impact.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex industrial and supply chain transformation projects across EMEA
• Translate strategy into execution through clear priorities, governance, and structured delivery plans
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Finance, and IT, and align internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution
• Manage stakeholders across countries and organizational levels, and facilitate decision-making and escalation management
• Drive deployment, ramp-up, and stabilization, and ensure readiness of operational processes, tools, and teams
• Ensure delivery quality, operational readiness, and service continuity, while identifying risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
• Support the implementation of efficient and scalable operating models and ensure smooth integration of new processes and ways of working
• Coordinate communication, training, and stakeholder engagement to support change and adoption across multiple sites
• Establish and lead program governance routines, monitor timelines, budgets, and KPIs, and provide clear reporting to senior leadership
  
  
  

Your Profile:

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
• 8–12+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience managing complex projects in industrial or supply chain environments, with solid project management experience
• Strong understanding of operations, logistics, and manufacturing processes
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and international teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Solid hands-on approach with the ability to engage directly with operations and execution on the ground
• Fluency in English required (additional European languages are a plus)
• Willingness to travel across EMEA as needed
