Key Responsibilities (Your Impact)
As Brand Manager, you will play a key role in driving brand performance and creating meaningful customer experiences:
- Lead the Swiss marketing strategy for our gastroenterology brand
- Translate customer and market insights into clear, actionable plans that improve patient and business outcomes
- Design and execute innovative omnichannel campaigns across customer touchpoints
- Use digital, data, and AI-enabled solutions to enhance customer engagement
- Monitor performance, generate actionable insights, and continuously optimize activities and results
- Manage marketing investments effectively to maximize growth and business value
- Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and know how to turn strategy into action:
- Build consensus among a wide range of partners, including affiliate, HUB, IBU and global stakeholders
- Bring clarity to complexity and focus on what drives meaningful results
- Take ownership, act proactively, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Balance strategic thinking with strong execution and attention to detail
- Navigate ambiguity with confidence, structure, and agility.
- University degree in Science, Medicine, Pharmacy, or Business
- Minimum 5 years of experience, ideally within pharmaceutical marketing
- Experience in gastroenterology is a plus
- Proven track record of delivering strong marketing and business results
- Strong ability to translate strategy into execution and influence stakeholders across functions
- Fluent German and English required; French is a strong plus.
