Would you like to actively manage the building services in demanding pharma and biotech projects while keeping quality, safety, schedule, and costs under control? Then strengthen our team as a Building Services Construction Manager.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Coordination and leadership of Building Services subcontractors
• Ensuring installation quality and dimensional accuracy
• Managing the installation process in line with the schedule and project dependencies
• Assessment of variation orders as well as quantity and invoice verification
• Close collaboration with clients, specialist planners, and project teams

Show your expertise

• Completed technical degree (B.Sc. / M.Sc.) in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable engineering discipline
• At least 5 years of professional experience in Building Services Construction Management / site management
• Technical expertise in at least one Building Services discipline: HVAC, process air, cooling/refrigeration, heating, steam/condensate, hot water, plumbing, wastewater, or sprinkler systems
• Knowledge of relevant standards and execution guidelines
• Structured, communicative, and resilient working style
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Willingness to travel across Switzerland
