The world’s fastest-growing sports brand is seeking a passionate, hands-on Treasury expert to drive our global finance team forward. Working closely with colleagues across the globe, you will be a core part of On's Treasury function, helping to lead strategic projects and implementing new processes to support our global expansion.

Reporting to the Head of Group Treasury, this is a pivotal role where you will own and drive innovation across our Treasury function. You are the go-to data expert, leveraging exceptional analytical and corporate finance modeling skills to go beyond the numbers, uncover the 'why', and transform complex data into clear, actionable insights. You will be the true product owner of our entire treasury technology stack (including Kyriba, Palm, Looker and Looker Studio, Big Query), championing innovation by embedding AI and automation into our daily operations. You will proactively challenge the wider team to redefine what is possible in the future of treasury, and play a crucial role in our journey to build a low-maintenance, high-value Treasury team.

Your Mission

  • You go beyond the numbers to uncover the 'why,' challenging assumptions and building strong relationships across the business to masterfully craft and communicate the compelling financial stories that guide our path.
  • You architect and build our treasury-focused data lake, creating a single source of truth. You use this platform to design and maintain live, interactive dashboards that deliver real-time, actionable insights to Treasury and management.
  • You act as the ultimate sparring partner for the Treasury Core function, challenging their models and assumptions, providing data-driven action plans to drastically improve forecasting accuracy, and actively helping define key KPIs for strategic cash, FX, and financing steering.
  • You use your strong financial acumen to support high-impact corporate financial modeling requests, analyzing statements and creating sophisticated models that propel strategic decisions across the company.
  • You champion innovation by relentlessly embedding AI and automation into our treasury operations, using data-driven insights to inspire and challenge the wider team to embrace new, low-maintenance, high-value technologies.
  • You own and continuously enhance our core treasury technology stack (including Kyriba, Palm, Looker and Looker Studio, Big Query, and FXall), proactively identifying, driving, and implementing improvements necessary to accelerate our global growth.

Your story

  • You are driven by a deep passion for data analytics and possess a natural talent for turning complex information into clear, actionable insights.
  • We value your potential, analytical drive, and strong financial acumen most. While relevant professional experience from a role in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or a general Finance function is a bonus, your ability to perform ad hoc financial modeling, read and analyze financial statements, and assist with corporate finance models is key.
  • You possess a solid knowledge of AI with a clear understanding of how to apply it to drive business value. You are an automation enthusiast who proactively builds workflows to eliminate manual tasks and streamline operations.
  • You have a bias toward action and the attitude to try things out, iterate quickly, and find the best path forward.
  • You bring an insatiable curiosity and a "tinker" mindset, with the initiative to experiment with new tools and learn through doing.
  • You act as a true business partner, collaborating effectively across the organization—from IT and data specialists to accounting, controlling, and management.
  • You’re fluent in English and can adapt your communication style to different audiences, both in terms of seniority and affinity to numbers.
