We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.
What You'll Do
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and eager to showcase cutting-edge technology? Do you have a passion for storytelling and a knack for creating engaging presentations? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
As a Working Student (60%, 3 days per week) at the SAP Experience Center, you will play a crucial role in managing and improving our Experience Center, where innovation and customer engagement come to life.
Responsibilities
This role requires an on-site presence at the SAP Experience Center in The Circle, Zurich Airport. Your responsibilities will span across coordination, communication, and visitor experience, including:
Planning & Scheduling: Support the coordination of engagements at the Experience Center by managing incoming bookings, monitoring the shared mailbox, and coordinating storytellers to present at customer visits.
Community Management: Drive internal communication efforts by keeping our Storyteller community informed about content updates, organizing community events, and recapping key takeaways from monthly community sessions.
Enablement & Knowledge Sharing: Support enablement sessions of our storyteller community e.g. by organizing and technically supporting open door sessions at the EC to help them prepare for smooth customer presentations at the Experience Center Zurich.
Reporting: Manage the documentation and reporting of Experience Center events by syncing with event hosts and entering relevant data into our internal room booking platform.
Technical Maintenance and Readiness: Ensure the smooth operation of the Experience Center and its showcases by regularly checking and maintaining the technical setup, including various screens and interactive demos such as our autonomous robot dog and Apple Vision Pro. Handle basic troubleshooting and coordinate with technical experts for support when needed.
Representation and Visitor Engagement: Represent the Experience Center in various calls with internal and external stakeholders and occasionally lead onsite visits by guiding guests through the space and presenting the Experience Center’s mission and value.
What You Bring
