You are responsible for maintaining and improving the cross-border framework, and provide hands-on guidance and support to the Bank's front units and further internal stakeholders.

You are responsible for maintaining and improving the cross-border framework, and provide hands-on guidance and support to the Bank's front units and further internal stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and advice to the Bank’s front units and further internal stakeholders on cross-border compliance matters and questions of daily business
- Conduct regular cross-border market reviews and prepare analyses, assessments and reports for management
- Provide expert support for the production and ongoing improvement of cross-border country manuals; prepare and conduct trainings for the Bank’s front units
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments and inform front units and further internal stakeholders about any relevant updates
- Further develop the Bank's cross-border framework and identify areas for improvement; perform regular updates on policies, procedures, processes, and controls
- Act as senior subject matter expert for cross-border supporting respective business projects and initiatives
- Support the roll-out of the Bank's cross-border principles and standards to further entities in Switzerland and international locations
- Support internal and external audit requests related to cross-border
- University degree in Business Administration or Law or completed apprenticeship or similar banking education
- 3 - 5 years of practical experience in the field of cross-border regulation
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Willingness to take responsibility and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Hands-on mentality
- Fluency in English; Fluency in German and/or French is a plus
- Entrepreneurial spirit in a family owned bank
