Operations Coordinator – Patient & Cell Supply Chain (Ref. 2784)

In this dynamic position, you will play a key role in coordinating activities throughout the patient and treatment journey for advanced cell therapies. You will collaborate closely with manufacturing sites, external logistics providers, healthcare professionals, and cross-functional teams including Operations, Clinical, and Commercial departments to ensure seamless process execution.

Your main tasks

• Coordinate and monitor patient schedules and manufacturing timelines related to cell therapy treatments
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding operational matters
• Organize transportation, delivery activities, and logistics arrangements with external service providers
• Identify, investigate, and resolve process deviations while managing escalations when required
• Maintain accurate records and update relevant information within operational systems
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support efficient and compliant operational processes
• Contribute to projects, process improvement initiatives, and documentation activities

Your profile

• Degree, diploma, or equivalent professional experience in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or a related field
• Approximately 5 years of relevant experience in a highly regulated environment, ideally within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences industry
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Customer-focused mindset combined with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with diverse stakeholder groups
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in an international environment
• Fluent English, French highly desired
