Administrative Assistant - SW

Reporting to: EU Controller, Europe

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) provides power circuits for systems found in cloud computing, telecom infrastructure, automotive, industrial and consumer applications.

MPS is seeking an energetic, efficient, self-motivated and resourceful team player to be a member of its Administration staff supporting our local office activities in Schaffhausen, Switzerland.

Essential Functions

:

• SAP Concur (Travel and Expense) key user supporting Travel Expense reimbursement end to end.
• Works closely with Accounting and Finance teams supporting AP and AR operations.
• Invoice entries, reconciliation of accounts.
• Coordination with Facilities team, vendors and service providers.
• Purchase requests and office/marketing supplies
• Manages correspondence
• Supports travel arrangements
• Supports event organization.
• Supports training and onboarding.
• Supports Health and Security plan, implementation and document maintenance.
• Supports ESG reporting.
• Supports for ad hoc projects as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in business, administration or related field
• >3 years’ experience
• Very good knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Teams and other MS applications.
• Fluent in German, English and French.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization skills.
