Die Position

As an integral part of Pharma Technical Operations (PT), PT Global MSAT, Engineering and Sustainability (PTT) plays a key role in leading a seamless industrialization and thorough technical product management through integrating SHE, proactive maintenance, facility fitness, performance optimization and scalable manufacturing processes and technologies in support of the manufacturing network. Product and process robustness, efficiency and reliability are key performance indicators, PTT owns and drives continuous improvement.
The Senior Strategic Technical Integrator, reporting to the Global Head of DP MSAT, serves as a high-impact integrator. This role is focused on the most complex, high-stakes technology deployments across the network, driving tangible technical results. You simultaneously champion Technical Product Health to ensure robustness, reliability, and compliance across the commercial portfolio.

The Opportunity

You act as a decisive cross-functional orchestrator and technical execution lead, ensuring that manufacturing innovations are seamlessly integrated into the network. Thriving in ambiguity, you operate as a technical force, driving outcomes through hands-on leadership, executive influence, and a deep, intuitive grasp of technical and digital transformation.

• Strategic Execution and Product Health: Lead high-stakes technology deployments from inception to full-scale operational readiness, ensuring seamless integration into the manufacturing environment. Simultaneously, act as a technical advisor for Technical Product Health, ensuring robustness and reliability are maintained and improved across the commercial portfolio.
• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Resolve complex technical blockers and interdependencies by bridging the gap between CAPEX engineering, production, IT, and site leadership.
• Digital and Technical Modernization: Drive the implementation of process centric robotics, automation, and digital initiatives. Leverage strong process data analytics and an intuitive appetite for AI/ML to translate complex datasets into actionable operational improvements, effectively closing the loop between data insights and shop-floor execution.
• Transformation Leadership: Act as a change agent, championing new methodologies and influencing mindsets to catalyze organizational shifts across the global manufacturing network.
• Technical Stewardship: Define success criteria and monitor post-implementation technical effectiveness to ensure full value realization and operational stability.

Who you are

You are a visionary, hands-on orchestrator and you bring the following qualifications:

• Experience and Education: PhD in a scientific/engineering discipline with 10+ years of industrial experience. Proven success in high-level strategic execution and technical leadership in a GMP environment.
• Strategic Integrator Mindset: Exceptionally comfortable navigating high-level ambiguity and matrix complexity. You are a self-starter with a growth mindset, capable of driving outcomes without direct authority through influence and credibility.
• Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in E2E sterile DP technology, with thorough familiarity with Annex 1 and ICH requirements. Proven ability to navigate the unique technical and operational challenges of both internal manufacturing sites and external CDMO networks. Strong technical know-how in robotics, automation, and digital manufacturing; proven expertise in leveraging data analytics and AI/ML for strategic technical insights. Exceptional Project Management Skills.
• Change and Cultural Leadership: Demonstrated resilience in challenging the status quo and navigating resistance. Exceptional learning agility and a deep commitment to diversity and cultural awareness within a global corporate environment.
• Communication: Advanced executive presence; the ability to distill complex technical updates into strategic narratives for senior leadership.
