About Kaiko.ai
kaiko.ai is building a next-generation agentic clinical AI assistant that helps clinicians reason across patient data, guidelines, and diagnostics.
Healthcare decisions are rarely made by a single person or from a single data source. kaiko’s assistant maintains longitudinal patient context across encounters, clinicians, and institutions, enabling collaboration, second opinions, and complex diagnostic workflows. The system is designed to operate safely in real clinical environments, with human oversight, auditability, and regulatory alignment at its core.
Our assistant core supports broadly applicable clinical tasks such as patient data navigation, guideline interaction, multimodal interaction (chat and voice), and care coordination. On top of this foundation, we are developing specialized diagnostic agents in areas such as oncology, radiology, and pathology.
We build in close collaboration with leading hospitals and research centers, including the Netherlands Cancer Institute (NKI). kaiko is a well-funded company with a growing international team, operating from Zurich and Amsterdam.
About The Role
Our clinically validated AI assistant, kaiko.w, is ready for deployment in Swiss hospitals. You’ll join an ambitious team helping to shape the digital transformation of the hospital environment.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our solutions are successfully adopted and scaled across Swiss hospitals. You will own customer relationships, understand their needs, and guide them toward achieving sustainable value from AI.
This is a position with high autonomy, room to shape the work, and direct impact - within an environment that combines innovation, trust, and excellence.
You will be based in Switzerland and will spend 20–60% of your time visiting customers (primarily in Switzerland) and attending conferences, with potential expansion to the DACH region over time.
Your responsibilities
At kaiko, we believe the best ideas come from collaboration, ownership, and ambition. We’ve built a team of international experts where your work has direct impact. Here’s what we value:

You will be based in Switzerland and will spend 20–60% of your time visiting customers (primarily in Switzerland) and attending conferences, with potential expansion to the DACH region over time.
Your responsibilities
- Drive commercial growth for kaiko’s solutions in Swiss hospitals by translating customer needs into compelling value propositions and successful implementations.
- Own the full account lifecycle: account analysis, stakeholder mapping, relationship management, and long-term account development.
- Lead customer engagements end-to-end, including discovery, proposal support, procurement navigation, and coordination of internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and rollout.
- Represent Kaiko externally at events, conferences, and professional education programs; strengthen Kaiko’s presence and credibility in the hospital ecosystem.
- Provide structured market feedback to Product, Marketing, and Strategy teams to improve positioning, messaging, and roadmap prioritization.
- 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, tech consulting, customer success, solutions consulting, or other customer-facing roles in a cloud/SaaS environment—ideally with exposure to hospitals/healthcare or similarly regulated environments.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders (clinical, IT, procurement, management) and build trusted relationships.
- Solid technical understanding and curiosity - you can grasp technical concepts and explain them clearly. No specific technical degree required.
- Fluency in (Swiss) German and English is mandatory; French is a strong plus.
- High drive and initiative, with genuine enjoyment of direct customer interaction.
- Structured, goal-oriented, and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented, open, and resilient in a dynamic environment.
- Existing network in the Swiss hospital ecosystem (e.g., hospitals, associations, innovation hubs, healthcare accelerators).
- Background in healthcare, paramedical practice, clinical operations, or experience in a health-tech/startup environment.
- Practical familiarity with AI at any level, from using tools in your workflow to building products or working in the AI space professionally.

- Ownership: You’ll have the autonomy to set your own goals, make critical decisions, and see the direct impact of your work.
- Collaboration: You’ll approach disagreement with curiosity, build on common ground, and create solutions together.
- Ambition: You’ll be surrounded by people who set high standards for themselves and others, who see obstacles as opportunities, and who work relentlessly to create better outcomes for patients.
- An attractive and competitive salary, a good pension plan, and 25 vacation days per year.
- Great offsites and team events to strengthen the team and celebrate successes together.
- A EUR 1,000 learning and development budget to help you grow.
- Autonomy to do your work in the way that works best for you—whether you have a kid or prefer early mornings.
- An annual commuting subsidy.
Our interview process is designed to assess mutual fit across skills, motivation, and values. It typically includes the following steps:
- Screening call: A short conversation to align on your motivation, career goals, and initial fit for the role.
- Onsite case interview / role simulation: A deep dive into your approach through a commercial case, role-specific scenario, or customer situation. Also, this is a chance to get a look and feel of our office and casually meet team members across different functions.
- Final executive conversation: A discussion with one or two members of the executive team focused on long-term alignment, cultural fit, and shared expectations for impact.
