Job Description

As a Senior Manager Strategy & AI Transformation at vector8 in Switzerland, you will partner with leading Financial Services and Insurance clients to design and implement AI-driven strategies. Together, you shape business transformations - from refining propositions that deliver measurable business outcomes to driving change management and optimizing organizational design.

You will join a small, entrepreneurial, multi-disciplinary team where your expertise will directly shape the firm’s impact. This role requires strong consulting foundations, a passion for networking and business development, experience in leading teams and a willingness to travel for client engagements.

Job Requirements

• Master degree in Business, Economics or STEM from a leading institution
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm, ideally in complex, regulated industries (e.g., financial services, insurance, banking)
• Proventrack recordin strategic management consulting
• Strong foundations in consulting: communication, project management, facilitation of workshops, business development/sellingprojectsand outcome-driven delivery
• Enthusiastic generalist with a sweet spot in future-oriented business strategies and technical knowledge
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI
• Advantageous:Expertisein data and/or AI strategy,governanceand management, with the ability to structure and oversee large-scale initiatives
• Minimum 4 years of experience in professional team management and disciplinary leadership
• Ability to lead, inspire and collaborate - with a drive to create impact for both clients and team members
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English (French is a strong plus)
• Willingness to travel for client engagements, particularly in the UK and France
  
  

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership (C-Level), fostering strong, collaborative relationships and integrating into key strategic decision-making processes
• Proactivelyidentifyand develop growth opportunities across the client’s broader organizational landscape
• Lead complex, cross-functional transformation programs that drive change across strategic, operational, technological, and cultural dimensions- delivering outcomes on time, within scope, and to the highest standard
• Guide and coach the strategy team to enhance their effectiveness, strengthen collaboration, and support successful, cohesive delivery.
• Apply proven strategy frameworks and delivery methodologies (e.g., operating model design, agile transformation, data/AIroadmapping) to ensure impact and train your team
• Travel internationally as part of high-profile client engagements (primarily UK and France)
