Job description

Join our team in Geneva as a Senior Project Manager, where you will leverage your proven expertise to lead and deliver high-impact projects within a dynamic and multicultural environment. You will play a key role in aligning business objectives with technology solutions, ensuring the successful execution of complex programs.

Your Mission

Lead and manage digital and e-commerce projects from initiation to completion
Coordinate development teams and ensure effective collaboration across functions
Organize and monitor testing phases, ensuring quality and timely delivery
Drive change management initiatives to support project adoption
Oversee international deployments and provide support to local markets
Ensure alignment with e-commerce best practices and business objectives
Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

What You Bring

Experience in digital/e-commerce project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
Expertise in e-commerce processes and business challenges
Experience in transformation and deployment projects
Proficiency in key e-commerce ecosystem concepts: CMS and content management, content migration and enrichment, transactional platforms, Payment Service Providers (PSP), anti-fraud tools, Order Management Systems, and e-commerce engines
Experience in managing e-commerce projects, coordinating development teams, and supporting international deployments
French and English fluent
You demonstrate strong analytical and structured thinking skills
You are autonomous and comfortable working in demanding environments
You demonstrate strong collaborative and transversal communication skills
