Long Description

Join our Data Innovation team for a 6-month internship to support business transformation and master data governance adoption through the implementation of change management and communication activities for the Master Data Governance (MDG) project.

In this role, you will help translate data governance principles into clear communication, training, and documentation materials, while contributing to stakeholders engagement, awareness, and adoption of Master Data Management practices

This internship is a great opportunity to work at the intersection of data, communication, training, and change management while contributing to real transformation initiatives. It offers exposure to Data Governance, Data Quality management, and cross-functional collaboration in an international business environment.

Your Role

Assist in the preparation, coordination, and rollout of change management activities to support the implementation of the MDG project
Develop user-friendly communication materials, training content, and support documentation to facilitate awareness, onboarding, and ongoing adoption of master data governance practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather information, align key messages, and ensure communication and training materials reflect business needs and project objectives
Contribute to the continuous improvement of change and communication activities by collecting feedback, identifying improvement opportunities, and helping refine support materials and rollout approaches
Support creation of internal documentation pages (Sharepoint, etc.)

Your Profile

Currently enrolled in a university degree program in business administration, business information systems, information management, digital transformation, business process management, communication, learning and development, or a related field. Technical profiles are also welcome if they have a strong interest in communication and user adoption topics.
Strong interest in communication, change management, data governance, digital transformation
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with confidence in preparing presentations or training materials
Ability to simplify complex topics and present them in a clear, structured, and user-friendly way
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders from different functions and backgrounds
Familiarity with SharePoint, document management systems, or content creation tools is a plus
First exposure to Data Governance, Master Data Management, or Data Quality is an advantage, but not required
