For Switzerland, the base salary range for this position is between 98,000 CHF and 146,000 CHF for a full-time role. The specific salary offered considers:

- Develop strategic initiatives by supporting the Group strategic agenda through analyses, research, and thought leadership
- Drive transformation by contributing to high-impact, cross-functional projects that create value across business units and group functions
- Generate insights through market, competitor, and financial analyses to help identify risks and opportunities
- Support executive decision-making by preparing materials for the Group Executive Committee and Board of Directors
- Collaborate globally with stakeholders from various business areas and geographies in a fast-paced environment

- Strong analytical and data processing skills, with the ability to break down complexity and prioritize
- Solid understanding of (re)insurance, financial services, or related industries
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience building relationships across functions and geographies
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus
- University Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics
- 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or related roles.
