Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Back Office Specialist to play a key role in supporting our operations and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotations, proposals, follow-ups, and supporting new customer acquisition activities.
• Coordinate with the laboratory team to schedule testing activities, monitor project progress, and ensure timely delivery of results.
• Manage warehouse operations and test samples.
• Request quotations and coordinate calibration schedules for laboratory equipment.
• Perform basic electrical safety laboratory tests and receive training for future development into a Laboratory Technician role.
  
  

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a Back Office role or as a Laboratory Technician in the electrical/electronics field.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of reliability and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic testing procedures (preferred).
• Familiarity with measurement instruments and calibration techniques (preferred).
• Technical diploma or degree in a scientific field, preferably electrical or electronic engineering.
