Your Responsibilities

• Taking care of office supplies, foodstuffs, marketing materials
• Handling postal and courier services
• Caring for the appearance of the office space
• Cooperation with the office manager
• Completing and coordinating the circulation of documents
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor and management
  
  

Our Expectations

• English language at a minimum B2 level - free spoken and written business communication
• Highly developed communication skills and ability to build relationships
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Resistance to stress
• Accuracy and regularity
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools
• Willingness to work stationary from Monday to Friday from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
