Requirements

  • Execute the Quality Control Program in line with project milestones
  • Perform incoming inspections of supply chain products
  • Conduct inline verifications according to product and quality requirements
  • Verify measurement and test equipment
  • Contribute to Key Inspection Point (KIP) and Mandatory Inspection Point (MIP) documentation
  • Support non-conformance management, root cause investigations, and failure analyses
  • Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal requirements
  • Support process quality documentation and process qualification activities
  • Participate in internal and customer audits as a Quality Control representative
  • Contribute to quality culture, continuous improvement initiatives, and organizational development through training and coaching

Competences

  • Completed vocational training in mechanics, mechatronics, electronics, engineering, or a related technical field
  • Experience in quality control, quality assurance, or continuous improvement environments
  • Knowledge of standards such as EN9100, ECSS, NASA, and MIL
  • Ability to understand and analyze technical products, systems, and their functions
  • Experience with quality tools and preventive methodologies such as 5 Why and Ishikawa Fishbone
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Independent, analytical, and structured working style
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for quality, continuous improvement, and problem-solving

Nice to Have

  • Experience within the space industry
  • Additional language skills such as German, French, or Swedish
  • Experience supporting audits and non-conformance investigations
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (5–10%)
