Operations Manager (Contract) - Zurich (100%)

• Duration: 4 months (possible extension)
• Location: Zurich (3 days onsite / 2 remote)
• Start date: ASAP
• 4-month contract with possible extension.
• Hybrid setup in Zurich (3 days onsite).

Key Responsibilities

• Contractor & Vendor Management
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of 20-40 contractors.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring performance and delivery.
  • Introduce structure and improve existing processes.
• Office & Workplace Management
  • Optimize and manage office space to meet evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate with Office Management on workspace planning and adjustments.
  • Support office-related projects including relocations and space planning.
  • Engage with external partners, including real estate agencies.
• Legal & Administrative Coordination
  • Manage onboarding of new vendors and agencies.
  • Coordinate NDAs and contracts.
  • Act as liaison between internal teams and legal stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth execution and follow-up of legal and administrative processes.
• Operational Support & Process Improvement
  • Handle ad hoc operational tasks and requests (approx. 10-20%).
  • Work closely with Finance and Procurement teams.
  • Identify gaps in current processes and implement improvements.
  • Bring organization and clarity to a complex, evolving environment.

Profile

• Strong experience in Operations, Workplace, or Office Management.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, contractors, and external partners.
• Comfortable working in dynamic, unstructured environments.
• Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience with contractual/legal processes is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
