Position Summary

As a Project Planning Configurator, you will drive the setup, management, and optimization of project data across PLM (Teamcenter) and ERP (SAP) systems. You will oversee the end-to-end configuration lifecycle, from defining configuration nodes and planning data to managing priorities, schedules, and change control.
You’ll ensure seamless data flow from design to production and installation while leveraging analytics and automation to enable efficient, data-driven project execution.

Your Mission

• Lead configuration management across the full project lifecycle—from design to delivery – across all business Lines Completion Refurbishment and Aftersales.
• Ensure seamless integration and data consistency between PLM and ERP systems
• Define and manage project structures, scope, timelines, and priorities
• Track and control changes, supporting forecasting and budget alignment
• Act as the central interface across engineering, production, and project teams
• Develop dashboards, automation, and insights using Python, Power BI, SQL, VBA & Power Query
• Identify improvements and implement smart, data-driven solutions

Your Profile

• Relevant master’s degree and 3+ years or bachelor’s degree and +6 years relevant experience in a PMO or similar environment
• Strong expertise in data analytics & automation (Python, Power BI, SQL, VBA, Power Query)
• Solid understanding of project management principles (PMI/PMBOK; PMP a plus)
• Experience with SAP and MS tools in planning environments
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in forecasting & process improvement
• Background in aerospace or other regulated industries will be a plus
• Proven experience in configuration management (e.g CMIIB) will be a plus
• Knowledge of P21J / P21G / P145 is a plus
• Results-driven with strong ownership and accountability
• Proactive, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Fluent English required; German or French is a plus
