Intern Administrator LNG & LPG Operations (f/m/d) - #45792

Are you ready to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? Join Axpo Solutions AG as an Intern Administrator LNG & LPG Operations and work closely with our dynamic LNG and LPG Operations Team. You’ll play a key role in managing daily requests from internal stakeholders while contributing to the development of processes and projects that drive efficiency and quality.

What You Will Do

• Systematically maintain contractual documentation, both physically and electronically, in line with Axpo’s record management guidelines.
• Manage central contracts related to Trading, Scheduling, and Regulatory Reporting.
• Coordinate processes and ensure seamless information flow to relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to the design and development of the department’s process landscape, proposing improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Provide conceptual and supportive input to internal and external projects, collaborating with business experts on respective systems.
• Update internal trading systems after the completion of loading/discharging shipping operations.
• Archive all relevant documentation related to each shipping operation.
  
  

What You Bring & Who You Are

• Education: University degree (Bachelor, Master, or higher) in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in a Business Administration role (relevant training will be provided).
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Team-oriented mindset with perseverance and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving, conceptual, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn new tools and analytical techniques.
• Languages: Fluent in English; German and additional languages are a plus.
