You’ll be joining a small, ambitious, and highly driven team of 15 people, building one of the most exciting LegalTech companies in Europe.

About the role

We are looking for a Legal Strategist to sit at the intersection of law, product, and engineering. You will bring legal expertise directly into the engineering team, helping us understand which legal workflows matter most, how they should be automated, and how Omnilex can solve real legal cases for our customers.

This role is ideal for a lawyer who wants to move beyond traditional legal work and help build the future of legal AI from inside the product team.

You are a strong fit if you are excited about what it means to become an AI-native lawyer, how law firms are evolving with new legal services and business models away from the billable hour. You should be motivated by the idea that the engineering team can empower you to solve customer cases in new, faster, and more scalable ways.

What you’ll do

• You will work closely with engineers, product, and customers to identify high-impact legal use cases, assess which legal matters are worth automating, and define how they should be handled by Omnilex.

• You will work on real customer cases, ideally in your area of legal expertise, helping identify how Omnilex can support, structure, and automate them. You will translate those cases into clear product and workflow requirements, ensuring our solutions reflect how lawyers actually work in practice.

• You will also act as an internal legal educator, keeping the engineering team up to date on Swiss legal processes, legal terminology, court practices, and regulatory developments relevant to our product.

What you bring

• You have a legal background, ideally with experience in Swiss law, law firms, legal departments, or LegalTech.

• You can explain legal concepts clearly to non-lawyers, think strategically about workflows, and enjoy working closely with technical teams.

• You take ownership of outcomes, not just activities

• You are structured, practical, and excited to shape a product that helps legal professionals work better.
