You will work on building machine learning models, generative AI applications, and automation tools to address key challenges in direct tandem with our healthcare & life sciences clients.

Being an AI/ML Consultant at Intellishore, you will get to shape and implement technology as well as business solutions to deliver value at our new Intellishore office in Zürich. What are we looking for in an AI/ML Consultant?

We are looking for an AI/ML Consultant at the beginning of their career who is curious and eager to develop real-life solutions for interesting clients. Perhaps you have recently completed your education or have a few years of full-time experience in AI and Data Science, possibly from a consultancy.

At Intellishore, we are what you might call ‘agnostic,’ meaning we act as an objective technology partner, implementing only tailored and best-fit solutions for our clients. Therefore, you should be open-minded and curious to learn new technologies.

Ideally, you match all or most of the following attributes:

• 1+ years of experience in machine learning and AI engineering (hands-on exposure to healthcare/life sciences industries use cases is a plus).
• Solid grasp of statistics foundations.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with ML frameworks (XGBoost, PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.).
• Highly motivated to join Intellishore and its mission to revolutionize AI adoption in healthcare/life sciences, as demonstrated in the cover letter.
• Familiarity with LLMs, vector databases, and RAG techniques would be a plus, but deep knowledge of "traditional" AI/ML is a must.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of data processing techniques and best software engineering practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English, German, or French, in addition, would be a plus.
• Availability for on-site presence in Zürich.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Intellishore is a cross-functional consultancy where you will represent the back-end area in the technical track. Here you will be responsible for (among other things):

• Develop and implement machine learning and generative AI solutions.
• Build scalable data pipelines and integrate AI models into production environments.
• Implement natural language processing (NLP) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
• Create proofs-of-concept to demonstrate AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution design and development.
