About The Program And Process Improvement And Automatization Program

As we are moving towards the smoke-free future, we are also searching for ways to better utilize resources reducing non-value added activities. We are willing to re-visit the current ways of work and search for process automatization and improvement while delivering business targets.

Who We’re Looking For

• Available for 6-months internship as of August 2026
• Currently studying for your Master/last year of bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Business Analytics or Finance/Economics.
• High analytic « spirit », ability to concretely design and simplify existing processes
• Self-motivated great teammate, keen on learning and facing new challenges.
• Interested in process improvement and simplification.
• Willing to work with data, understanding Python is a plus.
• Fluent in English is a must.
  

Roles & Objectives

• Participation in the rollout of new master data tool.
• Having an external perspective, especially from someone who is enthusiastic and proficient in AI, could offer fresh insights and innovative approaches to utilizing AI in our tasks. This external viewpoint could be instrumental in enhancing our processes and achieving better outcomes within CPC, NPL, NTD.
• Automatization/standardization of CCLT process: templates, agenda, email, invitations, Meeting Minutes, etc.
• CC forecasting model onboarding (python based).
