Job Description
About Schroders Group
Schroders is a leading provider of active asset management, advisory and wealth management services and is widely recognised as a leader in sustainability. Few investment managers can match the combination of capabilities and global reach that Schroders offers. This breadth of services across public and private markets allows for distinctive solutions for the diverse needs of clients, who look to Schroders to provide superior long-term investment outcomes.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a Finance Analyst who will take ownership of day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries and reconciliations, and deliver accurate, timely reporting for internal and external stakeholders. You’ll bring a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance or a related field, alongside 3–5 years’ relevant experience and a strong grounding in accounting principles (with IFRS and Swiss GAAP knowledge an advantage). Experience in finance, audit or an asset management environment is highly desirable, with exposure to private markets a benefit. You’re collaborative and communicative, confident reviewing and validating financial data, and motivated to support compliance with accounting and tax requirements while contributing to projects and continuous process improvement—ideally with an interest in efficiency, AI-enabled tools, and familiarity with Oracle Fusion.
What You'll Do
Our purpose is to provide excellent investment performance to clients through active management. Diversity of thought, facilitated by an inclusive culture, will allow us to make better decisions and better achieve our purpose. This is why inclusion and diversity are a strategic priority for us and why we are an equal opportunities employer. You are welcome here, regardless of your age, disability, gender identity, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, socio-economic background, or any other protected characteristic.
About Us
We're a global investment manager. We help institutions, intermediaries and individuals around the world invest money to meet their goals, fulfil their ambitions, and prepare for the future.
We have around 6,000 people on six continents. And we've been around for over 200 years, but keep adapting as society and technology changes. What doesn't change is our commitment to helping our clients, and society, prosper.
