Our Opportunity

Restaurant Brands International is looking for a Junior Sales & Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing Team at Popeyes based in Zug, Switzerland. Within the team, you will be responsible for supporting our marketing strategy, through analyzing regional sales, profit, product mix and consumer insights data across business segments. Key position requirements include strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and presentation skills.

RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week.

Your Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support our field team with sales & marketing data analyses, including supporting meetings with franchisees.
  • Analyze topline (sales and traffic) and profit results across our restaurant base.
  • Create effective tracking reports for market tests & local initiatives.
  • Present performance deep dives to senior leadership.
  • Implement analytics tool to support sales & marketing analyses.
  • Training field team on analytical process.
  • Support action plan development and follow up processed for the field.

Your Skills & Experience

  • At least Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in data related marketing, finance or management consulting.
  • Knowledge of SQL, and Power BI will be an additional advantage.
  • Strong analytics & communication skills.
  • Strong organization and planning skills to complete responsibilities in designated timeframes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) as well as Outlook.
  • Eligibility to work in Switzerland without work permit sponsorship.
