You'll be joining a young, passionate, and dynamic team of 15.

The Role

You are a lawyer, and you bring your book of relationships with you. You pick up real customer cases and solve them using Omnilex as your weapon. Then you do something almost no lawyer has ever done: you take what you just built and turn it into a productized, AI-native service that the next customer can run on demand.

You own the customer end-to-end. You're the person they call, the person they trust, and the person whose name shows up when the contract gets renewed. The legal teams you work with are some of the most demanding in Europe, and they expect to talk to a lawyer. That's you.

What you will do

Solve the cases

  • Pick up real customer matters. Do research, drafting, structuring arguments and deliver work product that holds up.
  • Be the lawyer in the room when a customer hits a wall they cannot get over alone.

Legal-engineer cases into AI-native services

  • After each case, decompose what you did into reusable building blocks: prompts, workflows, templates, knowledge.
  • Work with product and engineering to turn those blocks into services any customer can run on Omnilex.
  • Maintain a portfolio of services you own and iterate with product and engineering until they are as good as the original work.

Own the commercial relationship

  • Be the named lawyer on the account. Senior partners, GCs, and heads of legal deal with you directly.
  • Convert pilots into multi-year contracts, expand into new practice groups, more seats, and deeper workflows.
  • Use your existing network to open doors that take Sales months to crack.

What success looks like

  • A library of AI-native services you authored is in production and used daily by companies.
  • Customers in your portfolio renewed, expanded, and brought in referrals because of you.
  • Revenue under your ownership grew meaningfully quarter over quarter.

Who you are

  • You are a german speaking, qualified lawyer. Years on paper matter less than the fact that lawyers and legal buyers take you seriously the moment you walk into the room.
  • You bring a network. You know lawyers, GCs, partners, or alumni who will pick up the phone when you call and you can turn those relationships into pilots, contracts, and references.
  • You like solving cases more than you like talking about solving cases. The legal craft is where you get your energy.
  • You are tech-curious. AI in law is not threatening to you, it is the most interesting thing happening in the profession.
  • You can hold your own with managing partners, GCs, engineers, and founders, often in the same week.
