Internship in Computational Chemistry 80 - 100% (f/m/d) - #44166
Hitachi Energy
Datum: vor 3 Wochen
Stadt: Baden, AG
Vertragstyp: Ganztags
The opportunity
The design of high voltage (HV) devices, such as gas circuit breakers (CB) and gas insulated switchgear (GIS), requires – among others –simulations and experiments for verification of insulation and switching performance. Additionally, the research activities in the area of gas circuit breakers are enhanced by various computer-aided-engineering tools. We are looking for an intern student with expertise in computational chemistry to contribute to the development of novel insulating materials for high-voltage power grid applications. The superior goal is the achievement of high-end quality of the product. The duration of the internship is 6 to 12 months.
How You'll Make An Impact
We are a technology‑driven company with a strong focus on innovation, continuous improvement, and sustainable manufacturing.
