What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an IT Business Analyst with solid experience in multicultural and cross-functional environments.
You will join an innovative international project with an international organization based in Geneva.
Must-haves For This Challenge
- 5–10 years experience in Business Analysis in IT/digital projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/SCRUM and BA tools (use cases, flow diagrams, etc.).
- Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder systems.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree in IT, Management or related (certifications like CBAP/PSPO are a plus).
- English C1/C2 level.
- Availability for onsite working system.
- Participation in an international and innovative project.
- A technical and collaborative environment with real impact.
