In This Role

• Organizing the production schedule for confidential client memoranda.
• Fact checking draft documents to ensure every claim is supported by evidence.
• Conducting preliminary research on corporate governance and industry history.
• Managing the distribution of sensitive materials to client board members.
• internal digital archives to ensure a stable record of all past counsel.
• Coordinating project timelines across multiple active advisory engagements.
• Assisting with the formatting and final proofreading of formal written reports.
